The Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir harvested from two vineyards in the Ancient Lakes AVA (American Viticulture Area); Evergreen Vineyard & Spanish Castle Vineyard.
The wine fermented in 100% stainless steel followed by 3-months of aging in neutral French oak puncheons. The nose reveals a vibrant bouquet of wild strawberries, cranberries and orange zest. With less than 2 grams of residual sugar, the palate is dry and carries flavours of strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of thyme. Its delicate light pink colour is the result of only 12-hours of skin contact.
We produced only 325 cases of this Rosé.
