“This is a fun-style Gewürztraminer that comes off a block of 22 year-old fruit that faces the setting sun. The nose is mix of lees and litchi fruit, orange flecks and spicy. The attack presents mostly dry with just a hint of bitterness but not oily. A drinkable food-friendly style I like to serve with spicy tuna rolls and or vegetarian dishes.”
