Harvested from three vineyard sites located in Okanagan Falls, Kaleden and Naramata, our 2023 Rosé is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir. Produced in a Saignée method with 12 hours of skin contact giving it a beautiful deep coral colour. It fermented in French oak barrels (50%) and stainless steel vats (50%) where it went through partial indigenous fermentation.
