From our family owned vineyard McLean Creek Road in Okanagan Falls, originally planted in 1994. The ferment is a mix of native and cultured yeasts that wraps up in 22% new French oak. After 11 months on lees without bâtonnage (stirring), it is bottled unfined and unfiltered, having gone through a full malolactic fermentation.
This 1.5L bottle was hand-labelled and hand-dipped.
