Thrilled to see our 2012 McLean Creek Road Chardonnay on Anthony Gismondi’s Critic’s Pick in The Vancouver Sun this week! Scoring 90 points, Gismondi says “We love the light nutty, toasted, butter and baked green apple nose, flecked with citrus and honey aromas. Fresh, dry and juicy, the entry is slightly austere but finishes with rich textures. More cool, green apple, pear skin, nutty lees, spicy, lemon custard, butter and lanolin flavours. Still youthful, this should improve over the next few years, venturing down the complexity road like few of its competitors.”
